Restaurante Maricel was founded in 1991 by José Luis Capo and Dominique Fourny, in a privileged location on the Sitges seafront promenade, with the aim of creating a space where good taste, warmth, and culinary expertise come together to offer our guests unique moments.
Our chef, Louis Philippe Capo, after training at one of the world’s finest culinary schools and working in restaurants across several countries, joined the family business in 2009, turning each dish into a work of art crafted with dedication, fresh ingredients, and a perfect fusion of tradition and creativity.
The Maricel Restaurant team maintains a strong sense of service, achieving exceptional quality in every dish and enhancing flavors through careful preparation.
